Recipe Ingredients for blueberry scones - 1 biscuit serving

2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup 2% milk
6 tbsp sugar
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for blueberry scones - 1 biscuit serving

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until fine crumbs. Add milk and combine. Fold in blueberries. turn onto floured surface and shape into a 8" circle about 3/4" thick. cut like a pie into 8 wedges, place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes
