Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Salsa

1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
2 oranges
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Salsa

Coarsely chop 1/2 cup of the blueberries, add all of the blueberries to a medium bowl. Peel and section the oranges. Coarsely chop the orange sections. add oranges and any juice to the berries. Add onion. Sir in balsamic vinegar, mint and salt. Serive with grilled or broiled fish or chicken, or toss with baby greens for a salad.
