1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1 scoop (EAS) 100% whey protein powder
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flax seed oil

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Protein Yogurt

Add 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder to 1/2 cup of yogurt and mix thoroughly. Add cinnamon and mix well. Add flax seed oil and mix well. Add blueberries and enjoy.
