Recipe Ingredients for blueberry protein pancakes

1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
2 oz Agave Nectar
1 1/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Butter
1 level scoop French Vanilla
3/4 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for blueberry protein pancakes

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Melt butter and add the rest of the liquid ingredients to the melted butter.

  3. Stir liquid into dry.

  4. Stir in blueberries.

  5. Cook on lightly oiled griddle (1/4 c per pancake)

  6. Makes 10.
