8 oz(227 g) 100% Pomegranate Juice
1 cup, unthawed(155 g) Blueberries
1 cup Triple Berry Blend
113 3/5 grams Nitro-Tech Whey Protein Supplement
8 tbsp Agave Nectar

  1. 1) Put in 4 scoops protein powder, 8 tb spoon agave and 1 8 0z can of Pom Pom - blend
