Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Pie

4 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 serving Honey Sunshine Cereal
1/2 cup Original Cereal
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Pie

  1. 1. spray a pie pan and set oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2. to make the crust blend the cereals in a blender or food processor. Melt the oil and mix with 3 tbs of water, cereal mixture, 3 tbs stevia, and cinnamon (about 1/4 tsp.)

  3. 3.Press mixture into pie pan and bake for 10 min. or until firm.

  4. 4. Put 1/2 cup water into a nonstick pot and dissolve 2/3 cup stevia, flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix in 1 tbs lemon juice. Next add blueberries.

  5. 5.Stirring frequently, cook until berries have softened and burst and mixture has thickened, 10-12 min.

  6. 6.Carefully transfer filling to the pie pan. Let pie cool and set, about 1 hour.

  7. 7.Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Slice and enjoy!
