Recipe Ingredients for blueberry pie --one crust

1 tsp(6 g) Salt, Table
4 cup Blueberries
30 grams Corn Starch
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
187 1/2 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tbsp Butter
3 serving All Vegetable Shortening

Recipe Directions for blueberry pie --one crust

  1. mix blueberries, corn starch, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind.

  2. Make pie crust by mixing flour and salt then cutting in cold butter and crisco. Add 4-5 tablespoons of ice water. Form into a ball and refrigerate for .5 hrs.

  3. Roll out dough and place in bottom of pan. Add filling.

  4. Bake 40-45 min.
