A cross between a cobbler and a pie... but without the crust.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry pie/cobbler

1 cup flour
1 cup Splenda no calorie
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
6 oz blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry pie/cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place butter in a meatloaf size Glass baking dish and put in the oven to melt

  3. Mix dry ingredients

  4. Remove baking dish from oven when butter is melted

  5. Add milk to melted butter in the baking dish

  6. Add and mix dry ingredients to baking dish

  7. Add berries and stir gently

  8. Bake for 55 minutes or until top and sides are brown.
