1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking splenda
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Pancakes for Two

  1. Combine ingredients.

  2. Cooking spray on medium heated pan.

  3. Pour 1/3 cup amounts and grill.

  4. Flip when bubbles have formed on top of wet batter.

  5. Serve plain or with jam or syrup.
