Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Pancakes

1 cup All Purpose Flour
24 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.13 tsp Salt, Table
1 1/4 cup Québon 1% Milk
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
0.06 cup Applesauce
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
2 serving Hi-Lignan Nutri-Flax Flax Seed Powder

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Whisk flour, splenda, baking powder and salt. Whisk milk, egg sub, and applesauce in a separate bowl. Add milk mixture to flour mixture until mixture is moist (it'll be lumpy).

  2. Spray a nonstick griddle with nonstick spray at set over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto griddle and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip for 3 minutes on the other side.
