Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces milk
6 ounce blueberries
1 large egg
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another. Combine and stir just until combined. Add blueberries and stir to combine.

  2. Cook in a non-stick skillet using 1/3 cup measure for each pancake.
