Recipe Ingredients for blueberry pancakes

1 cups skim milk
4 tbsp egg substitute
2 cups heart smart bisquick
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for blueberry pancakes

  1. Mix ingredients. Spray a skillet with non-fat cooking spray. Pour in 1/12 of pancake mix and cook until bubbles form. Flip, and cook for a minute or two until other side brown.

  2. Serve with low sugar syrup (or better still, with fresh fruit and fat free yogurt).
