A lightened up version of classic blueberry pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tablespoon Splenda
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons mashed banana
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint fresh blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Pancakes

mix all ingredients, folding blueberries in at the last minute. Cook on preheated, lightly oiled skillet until bubbly, flip.
