Blueberry panckes with yogurt and berries

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry pancakes

2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp of ground almonds
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp blueberries
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
50 ml semi skimmed milk
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
80 g strawberries
100 g yogurt
3 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Blueberry pancakes

  1. Pre heat pan

  2. mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt

  3. In a small bowl, mix oats and milk.

  4. Whisk in eggs and olive oil. Pour into the flour mixture all at once.

  5. Continue mixing until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries.

  6. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, until bubbly. Flip, and continue cooking until lightly browned
