Recipe Ingredients for blueberry pancakes

1/2 tbsp canola oil
3/4 cup buttermilk (use 2/3 cup for fluffier pancakes)
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp honey
1/2 large egg
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for blueberry pancakes

  1. combine dry ingredients

  2. combine wet ingredients

  3. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients

  4. barley mix together, there should be lumps!!!

  5. let sit for five minutes (results in fluffier pancakes)

  6. use 1/4 - 1/3 cup to scoop onto nonstick griddle heated to 350 degrees

  7. make like regular pancakes
