2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons sugar
6 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 ounces blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry pancakes a la catie

Mix it all up save the blueberries and cook on a 375 degree F griddle. Add berries to the batter once it is on the griddle before the first flip.
