Normal size pancakes! Approx 2.6 - 2.8 ounce each.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Pancakes 100 cal

1 cup bisquick
1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup nonfat milk
1 egg
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Pancakes 100 cal

  1. Stir together oatmeal (quick oats), milk, egg and baking powder in bowl, let sit for 3-5 minutes to allow oatmeal to soften.

  2. Add bisquick and nutmeg, stir until mixed. (Add packet of artifical sweetner if you like your batter a little sweeter)

  3. Gently fold in blueberries.

  4. Heat nonstick skillet over med-high heat until hot (drop of water will dance).

  5. Pour batter by scant 1/4 cup into skillet, cook until bubbles form on top side, flip finish browning.

  6. Enjoy!
