A dairy free and fruit friendly hearty breakfast. My kids gobble this up!

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oatmeal

1 cup oatmeal
2 cups soy milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oatmeal

Combine oatmeal, soy milk and cinnamon in a 4 quart microwave safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 5 min, stirring occasionally. Be careful to not let it boil over. Remove when thick enough and add frozen blueberries. Serve.
