Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oatmeal

1 cup old fashioned oats, prepared
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons dried blueberries
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup grapefruit

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oatmeal

Mix in a microwave-safe bowl 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 cup water, the walnuts and blueberries. Cook on 50% power for 4 minutes. Add honey, vanilla, cinnamon and the grapefruit sections with it's juice. Mix well.
