Delicious hearty recipe for pancakes. You can use wheat flour in place of white flour and it still tastes great!

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

2 cups quick oats
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. combine oats and buttermilk, let stand 5 minutes

  2. stir in egg and oil.

  3. in a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients then stir in wet ingredients just until moistened.

  4. spoon 1/4 cup batter on griddle
