Low Fat, Low Sugar Blueberry Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup quaker oats
0.33 cup sugar
12 ounces blueberries
1 egg
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients and spoon into 12 cupcake holders.

  2. Bake 20-25 at 350 degrees or until just browned on top.

  3. For higher fiber add 2 tables spoons milled flax seed and some cinnamon (to hide it from the unsuspecting).
