Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 tablespoon ground flax seed
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, flax seed, and applesauce; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
