Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry oatbran muffins

1.5 cup Blueberries
1 cup Oat Bran
0.5 cup Pastry Flour
1/2 cup Almonds Ground
108 grams Flaxseed Oil, Organic
30 grams Agave Nectar
300 grams Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 tsp Lemon Peel
1 tsp Almond Extract
3 large Egg, White
1 extra small (less than 6" long) Bananas
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Blueberry oatbran muffins

  1. 1. preheat oven to 375

  2. 2. mix dry ingredients together

  3. 3. mix all other ingredients except for blueberries

  4. 4. combine dry and wet ingredients until batter forms.

  5. 5. blend in blueberries

  6. 6. scoop batter in paper-lined muffin tin (makes 6 large or 12 regular muffins)

  7. 7. bake for 25-30 min or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out dry.
