1 can unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 cup pumpkin puree cup 100% pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups whole oat flour teaspoon baking soda teaspoon baking powder teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon teaspoon ground nutmeg teaspoon ground ginger 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry oat muffins

2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 serving Sugar Free Syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 cup Oats
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry oat muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Transfer the mixture to the large bowl and mix together gently until well combined. Avoid over-mixing to prevent toughness in the final product.

  3. Fold in the blueberries.

  4. Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

  5. Store the muffins in an airtight container.
