Yummy, but pretty healthy muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oat Muffins

1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp basking soda
2 egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oat Muffins

  1. Combine the wet ingredients and mix.

  2. Add dry ingredients and mix with wet.

  3. Add blueberries.

  4. Bake at 400 for 20 muffins for large muffins, about 8 minutes for mini muffins.
