This is a heavier muffin, very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Oat Muffins

1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3/4 cup Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
1 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Oat Muffins

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet in a small bowl. Add wet to dry, mixing just enough to moisten the flour. Put in greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes. May take a bit longer if berries are frozen.
