Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry oat muffins

1 large egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1 3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry oat muffins

  1. Soak oats in 1 cup of buttermilk

  2. Combine dries

  3. Combine wets. Add rest of buttermilk

  4. Bake about 25 minutes in oven preheated to 350, or until a knife comes out clean.

  5. Cool. Nom.
