Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Nut Muffins

3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flax seeds
2 tbsp. water
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup almonds

make flax eggs by grinding flax seeds and mixing with water, mix dry ingredients then add wet and cook at 400 for 20-25 mins
