If I make a blueberry crisp, I eat WAY too much of it. This is a LARGE single serving that can be done in the microwave or the oven. Not crisp (but still good according to my tester this evening) in the microwave.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Not-So-Crisp

143 g blueberries (or one apple)
1 dash lime juice
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp quick oats
1 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Not-So-Crisp

  1. Place fruit in microwave or oven safe dish.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl, then sprinkle over fruit.

  3. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes OR microwave on high for 2 and 1/2 minutes or until fruit is tender.
