Super sized muffins (I used large muffin cups)

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins, whole grain, made with honey

1/2 cup millers bran
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup egg beaters
8 ounces plain yogurt 1 cup
1/4 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins, whole grain, made with honey

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In separate bowls mix wet and dry ingredients together. Blend wet ingredients into dry then spoon into muffin cups. Bake about 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
