Half whole wheat flour, reduced sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins-reduced sugar, whole wheat

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tbsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
12 tsp Domino Dark Brown Sugar
8 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins-reduced sugar, whole wheat

  1. Oil 12 muffin cups.

  2. Heat oven to 400 F

  3. Whisk together dry ingredients in medium bowl.

  4. Melt butter and add to milk, cream, eggs, vanilla, brown sugar. Whisk together.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients using as few strokes as possible.

  6. Divide batter into tins.

  7. Bake 20 minutes.
