Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1 cups rolled oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cups fresh blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk 2%
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together

  3. add milk

  4. add egg

  5. add oil

  6. blend until moist

  7. fold in blueberries

  8. place in 12 cup muffin tin - grease or lined

  9. Bake 20 - 25 minutes
