Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

200 grams (Odlums) Cream Plain Flour
1 medium Egg, Whole
2 tsp Baking Powder
7.5 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 serving Baking Soda
100 mL (Arla) Lactofree half fat milk
75 grams BENECOL Light Spread
200 grams Blueberries
100 mL (Duneen) Fat Free Natural Probiotic Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. MIx all dry ingredients.

  2. Melt benecol and mix all wet ingredients.

  3. Mix all together and add blueberries.

  4. Spoon into muffin cases.

  5. Put into oven at 180 centigrades for 20minutes.
