Yummy muffins for breakfast or a fast snack! And only 141 calories!! YAY!!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup splenda
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Mix all ingrediants together except blueberries.

  3. Add berries and gently fold in.

  4. Fill a lined muffin pan about 2/3 full.

  5. Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown.

  6. Let cool and serve.
