I use large muffin pans; smaller pans would make 12 muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for blueberry muffins

1/2 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for blueberry muffins

  1. Mix egg, oil, and milk with a fork. In another bowl mix dry ingredients. Mix wet into dry, stirring just to moisten, and fold in fresh or frozen blueberries.

  2. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake about 20 minutes at 375F.
