Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

1 c. all purpose flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c. Splenda
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c blueberries
1 c milk
1/3 c oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins

  1. heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. combine dry ingredients. Stir in blueberries. Mix iol, milk, egg. Make a well in center of flour mix. Pour in liquid all at one. Blend with fork. Put in 12 muffin tins and bake 22 minutes.
