Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)

  2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  3. Mix liquid ingredients in separate bowl

  4. Combine dry and liquid ingredients and stir until well mixed

  5. Add blueberries, mix well

  6. Place muffin batter in sprayed one dozen cup muffin tin

  7. Bake for 18 minutes
