I like to make this with some whole wheat flour to make it a little healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

Combine dry ingredients. Then add egg, milk and oil. Stir just until combined. Gently stir in blueberries. Fill muffins cups already sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 for 28 - 20 minutes.
