Moist and delish blueberry muffins made with yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees

  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. Whisk together sugar, oil, egg, and yogurt.

  4. Add dry ingredients, reserving 1 Tbs.

  5. Stir for count of 10.

  6. Toss blueberries with 1 Tbs reserved dry ingredients.

  7. Add 1 cup of the blueberries and stir 3 more times.

  8. Using a 20# ice cream scoop, add mixture to greased muffin pan.

  9. Sprinkle remaining blueberries on top and press down lightly.

  10. Place in oven and increase temperature to 400 degrees.

  11. Bake 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway through.

  12. Remove from pan and cool.
