Alton Browns Blueberry Muffin Recipe, modified. Original has 1 cup sugar, no splenda and regular yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

12 1/2 oz flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
8 oz cup low fat yogurt
1 1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat over to 380 F

  2. Mix dry ingredients together

  3. Mix wet ingredients together

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and and stir only 10 times

  5. Add blue berries and stir 3 times

  6. Separate into tin for 12 muffins

  7. Increase heat to 400 F

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes
