Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup 2% milk
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/6 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. mix dry ingredients

  3. combine egg, oil and milk

  4. add to dry mixture until combined

  5. fold in blueberries

  6. cut butter into flour, sugar, cinnamon mixture

  7. sprinkle mixture on top of batter in tins

  8. bake for 20 minutes

  9. let cool 5 minutes in rack, and remove to cooling rack
