Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

1/2 cup applesauce
100 g fat free yogurt
1/4 cup egg whites
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup skim milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins

Preheat oven to 400F. Place dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well. Add wet ingredients and mix until just blended. Fold in blueberries. Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
