I got this recipe from theprudenthomemaker.com! They are so much better than store bought muffins and easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pans.

  2. Beat together all ingredients (except blueberries) until smooth. Fold blueberries into the batter.

  3. Fill muffin pans about 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Let muffins cool in the pans for 10 minutes, and then transfer them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
