Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Very quick, no muss, no fuss muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

1 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Prepare muffin pan with baking spray. Rub rims with butter.

  3. Mix all the liquids together. Mix all the dry ingredients, including nuts. Do NOT add berries.

  4. Stir all together to moisten. Add berries. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

  5. Once baked, let sit about 3-4 minutes, then remove to cool on rack. Serve warm.
