Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry muffins

1/3 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 cups bisquick
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease bottoms of 12 muffin pan.

  2. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Then add remaining dry ingredients and just mix until moistened/less lumpy.

  4. Scoop in muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Let cool after taking out of oven and enjoy!
