Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

Grease bottoms of muffin cups. Beat milk, oil and egg. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all at once. Stir batter until moistened. Add berries or chocolate chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 10 generous muffins or can make 12 smaller muffins.
