Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup blueberries
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C

  2. Mix flour, sugar and baking soda

  3. Pour oil in a measuring jug or cup

  4. Add egg to the oil, and beat well so combined

  5. Now add the milk to the egg and oil and mix well till it is somewhat thick

  6. Slowly add liquid mixture into flour mixture and mix well

  7. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk

  8. Fold in berries

  9. Grease muffin pan and pour the mixture into the holders

  10. Cook for 20-25 minutes
