Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup splenda
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
8 ounces yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups blueberries
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with yogurt(milk). Mash 1/2 cup of blueberries and mix into batter. Fold in berries.

  3. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake 30 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
