Nice basic muffin. Use fresh or frozen berries.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. Preheat over 375

  2. Line muffin tins with paper liners, spray top of pan

  3. Cream together butter, sugar

  4. Add eggs one at a time

  5. Add flour, baking powder, salt

  6. Fold in berries

  7. Fill muffin cups, sprinkle with remaining sugar

  8. Bake 20 - 30 minutes

  9. Let sit 20 min before removing from pan
