These muffins have more protein than standard muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Blueberry Muffins

  1. 1. mix together, fold blueberries in last

  2. 2. bake about 17 minutes at 400 degrees

  3. 3. Sprinkle sugar on top
